Creative Team 

Our team is made up of 4 main members: Kerry, Jamie, Trav and Jess, but we have heaps of other awesome people who contribute thorough a number of means.
we use heaps of test players to test the game and find bugs, and give ideas for improvement and to these people we say thank you.
We also have an awesome advisory team listed below and without their support and guidance, we could not have come so far.

Kerry Neill

Kerry Neill is a descendant of the Kabi Kabi, Waka Waka, South Sea Islander peoples and has strong cultural and family ties with the Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas.
 He is the Director of TribalLink PTY, the home of the Triballink Mobile Classroom and TribalLink Activity Centre. Kerry has worked within community services, health, training and education, creating and delivering Indigenous education experiences and lessons in line with the National Curriculum, Cross cultural training.

Jamie Pasnin

Jamie Pasnin, a Game Developer and Designer, combines his passions for gaming and human development to create games that explore unique perspectives and enrich peoples understanding of life. A graduate from the University of the Sunshine Coast with a bachelor's degree in game design, Jamie collaborated on a 2018 capstone project with Travis Dever and Kerry Neill that explores First Nations culture, wisdom, and traditions.
Now part of the TribalLink team, Jamie is working to expand the project into a commercial release, aiming to share First Nations culture with audiences and inspire First Nations peoples.

Travis Dever

Travis works as an artist, animator and a writer. With a lifelong passion for drawing, writing, and gaming, Travis graduated from the University of the Sunshine Coast in 2019 with a bachelor's degree in creative writing.

Jessica Foulds

Jess Foulds is a skilled artist and published illustrator who has worked on various comic books and children's books. Currently, Jess is a long time member of the Triballink Creative Design team and has been collaborating with Kerry since 2019 on multiple children's books and art projects.
Jess has a deep interest in her First Nation heritage and culture, during her leisure time, Jess is an avid gamer and has a strong passion for medieval history. She also enjoys exploring the wilderness and connecting with nature.
If she's not engrossed in a game, you'll likely find Jess somewhere in the countryside, training with sword and shield or cataloguing frogs.

The Advisory


Dr Hope O'Chin

Dr Hope O'Chin have been working in education as a Teacher, Assistant director of Education in the Peninsular  Regin and other roles for the past 35 years. 
She has written many books on inclusion and embedding First Nations Pedagogue.

Craig O'Chin

cultural connections to Kabi Kabi, Waka Waka, and Koa Country. He has performed in well-known bands including Dark Moods, Mob, and Supported Dropouts, building a strong reputation through music, culture, and community connection.
Craig learned traditional artefact making and cultural knowledge under the guidance of Uncle Kevin Naden, along with learning from other respected community members and knowledge holders throughout his journey. With over 20 years of experience working in schools and community services, Craig is passionate about sharing culture through music, storytelling, artefacts, and hands-on learning experiences.

Michael Grundon

Michael Grundon is a proud Aboriginal man with cultural connections to Kabi Kabi, Wakka Wakka, and Koa Country. As a member of the Djaa Advisory Board, he brings strong cultural knowledge, leadership, and community connections that help guide the vision and growth of the project.
Michael is also a master artefact maker and builder who spent many years learning cultural knowledge, artefact making, and traditional practices under the guidance of Uncle Kevin Naden, along with other respected community members and knowledge holders. With more than 15 years of experience in project and people management, he is passionate about supporting authentic cultural education, community connection, and meaningful opportunities for young people through Djaa.

Daniel Neill

Dan has 20+ years working within human services in both community and government departments, specializing in health, education, child protection, and youth justice fields. Dan works tirelessly in community engagement as well as policy and strategic direction focusing on positive First Nation staff, families and community. 

Tania Neill

Tania Neill has a degree in Social Science Human Services. Tania has worked in the field of youth homelessness for the last 18 years. Her biggest joy in life aside from family comes from supporting young people to reach their potential in life.

Lance O'Chin
Lance is an Elder from the Kabi Kabi, Koa First Nations peoples. Lance has been a avid community leader in music for 50 years. writing songs and playing music is only one of his many talents. you may know some of his songs!

John Hunt

John Hunt is a retired educator and has taught in schools and universities around the world. He is passionate about science and ICT and has worked in these areas for several decades. He has worked with Kerry Neill and Hope O’Chin in the development of resources for Art Education. Although not a game-oriented person, he has supported Kerry in the development of age appropriate and curriculum aligned activities to support Djaa.
